Jessie Bullock - From Military Vision to Business Precision

In the streets of Hampton, Virginia, young Jesse Bullock saw limited options: fast food, telemarketing, or military service. Without childhood dreams to chase, he chose the practical path – the Air Force. What seemed like a way to avoid college became the foundation for an unexpected entrepreneurial journey.

"I joined the Air Force to not have to go to college," Jesse recalls with a hint of irony. "Then once I got in, they were constantly preaching, 'Go to college.'" This twist of fate led him to discover his true calling through an unlikely source – a TV show called "House of Lies" he watched during deployment in 2008. The military instilled in Jesse the core principles that would later define his business approach: organizational structure, discipline, and accountability.

Today, Jesse leads Bullseye Consulting with a team of fellow veterans, transforming businesses through data-driven strategies.
